On August 21, SV Probe Pte Ltd ("SV TCL") announced that SV TCL parent company, Ellipsiz Ltd, signed a conditional Sales & Purchase Agreement with Nidec-Read Corporation (“Nidec-Read”, www.nidec-read.com) to sell 100% of its ordinary shares in SV Probe Pte Ltd.
