| The Quality Assurance Program at SV Probe,
Inc. defines quality as the degree to which our products and services,
following industry standards, meet or exceed customer specifications.
The achievement of quality is the responsibility of all personnel
and shall be accorded top priority. Additionally, all staff shall
strive for continuous improvement in all phases of the manufacturing
process. Full authority and organizational
freedom is provided to the Quality Organization to identify potential
quality issues, identify or assist in problem resolution, verify
containment and corrective actions, and recommend the cessation
of unacceptable activities or practices that may affect the quality
of our products and services.
The Quality Assurance Program establishes and presents
the framework of requirements that shall be met by all SV Probe,
Inc. personnel in the design, documentation, manufacturing, and
verification of products and services. |
